If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or get an online store credit.

Glimpse of Glory BoutiqueSM offers returns for an online store credit ONLY. Please contact Glimpse of Glory BoutiqueSM within 7 days of receiving your purchase to receive an online store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the 8th day following your purchase date. An online store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS! RETURNS:

Instructions for Returning an Item:
1. Fill out form under Contact Us tab to submit a return request. Please provide the reason, name, address, and original order date.

2. Please be sure that your item meets the return policy requirements. Items that DO NOT meet the requirements will NOT be accepted. Such as odors, animal hair, etc.

3. Once return request has been approved via email, return items in packaging as they were received to protect them.

You may not return:
SALE/CLEARANCE or discounted items, JEWELRY, accessories, or gift certificates.

All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE and discounted items are FINAL.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and odor-free with original tags attached within 7 days of
purchasing.

If Returned Items do not meet the above criteria, a credit will NOT be issued.
ALL RETURNS ARE ISSUED AS AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

INVENTORY
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

SHIPPING
Glimpse of Glory Boutique uses real time shipping with USPS which is determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date if the items are currently in stock.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our facility, Glimpse of Glory BoutiqueSM is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages need to be reported within 3 days of arriving. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each item before leaving our facility. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages. Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you will ENJOY them as much as WE DO.
